Color Correction Engine V4 comes with totally rewritten error detection algorithms. New error detection algorithms detects if image is already good and it doesn’t need any white balance, exposure or contrast corrections. Smarter automation also detects which tool for color correction is needed. If white balance doesn’t need correction but exposure and contrast values need to fixed our automatic color correction corrects only exposure and contrast problems.

With Color Correction Engine V4 we have solved this problem by adding more adjustable layers to color correction. Now you can manually setup which automatic corrections are used. In V4 you can disable automatic white balance or exposure correction. All color correction adjustments are processed as separate layers.

For Color Correction Engine V4 we have totally redesigned our automatic color corrections workflow. Now all automatic adjustments from error detection to white balance, exposure and contrast adjustments uses same parameters than you can manually setup.
This gives you more accurate way to control automatic color correction output. Also this give more uniform results when manual adjustments and automatic correction is combined with multiple workflows.
